warpednormal's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- - just got to the home (his home) without him. his mum picked me up and I'm now here, packing up my bags once again for another contract in New South Wales, kind of near Byron Bay. It's eerie and surreal but I am taking things moment by moment. I've taken to listening to Sam Harris' waking up app each day. The meditations are truly so helpful. Consciousness is all there is. Hearing, seeing, thoughts, sensations, emotions, moods, everything.
