warpednormal's Diaryland Diary ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The First Day (of the rest of my life) the day turned out to be pretty awesome/totally nerve wrecking. our nursing director, Cathy, is INCREDIBLY HIGH LARIOUS. i was amused, truly. the program sounds wonderfully interesting...we start with a 4 week nursing foundations course, and during that time we get to shadow other nurses. by october we're already doing clinical work with adult/older adult care. i'm most excited about working in mental health, but that's not happening until next year. ANYWAY. it was a good day. did some advertising for Agape at our club booth for all the first years, and we got a ton of new names/numbers. oh boy. my heart is filled with so much hope, excitement, and downright fear I can hardly contain myself. and there isn't even a boy =p much love. 7:25 p.m. - 2009-09-08 ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
