haven't had much of an urge to write here recently. not that there hasn't been much to write about.
i watched this movie today called "boyhood," and it was filmed with the same actor from the time he was 9 to his first year in college. i loved how we watched him grow from the boy upset about an unwanted haircut to a broken hearted teenager contemplating the meaning of life and the stupidity of Facebook.
it was all quite wonderful.

"you know how people are like "seize the moment"� don't you ever feel like the moment seizes you.."

boy, isn't that all life is. right now. right this moment. that's all it is really
