i just can't wait for the real summer to begin. as in when papers and patients and thoughts about relational practice begin to dissipate from my mind...
i had the most amazing taste of it this weekend. waking up to the blistering heat, walking along the beach, adventures adventures adventures. i can't wait to get closer to people i hardly know at first. i can't wait to get closer to the world and to nature. i just can't wait for summer!
ugh.
a boy named jordan, who is aboriginal and german gave me 3 orgasms this week. it might have had something to do with being on the sand and under the stars. but it was something. he barely even had to touch me ( i had my period, so nothing ... 'happened') but it was marvelous.
and it reminded me that i was marvelous and so deserving of the best and the loveliest of all romances. we met some boys from the island, who were pretty funny because they only brought palm bays and other girly drinks. but they were really funny and i ended up playing them my songs and sitting with them under the stars making jokes and living in the moment.
oh boy. i found out david has a girlfriend now. it stung a bit because it made me feel that to him, i just wasn't worth asking out. i just wasn't worth getting to know. i was never really, a potential. and that sucks. vic called me and told me how epic her weekend was and then mentioned that her drunk ass boyfriend went all "omg! david, you went to alex's open mic. she was like texting vicki about it all"
at least vicki made it straight with him and told him that it wasn't anything like that.
i just hate that his kindness still gets to me sometimes. helling got to ride in a car with him for 3 hours, and she's probably in love with him now. anyway. enough of that bullshit.
i had the most amazing weekend of my life. and nothing. no one..can take that away from me. <3
