the date was wonderful.
or maybe, i just felt like it should be.
we ate by the water and sat along the beach and talked about our parents and parties and jobs and traveling.
he's been to thailand and he's worked in austraila for 6 months.
his room had photographs of elephants from india and religious fragments from thailand. he hungers for travel.
he works in environmental assessment and he finished an honours degree in environmental science.

he's different. and kind. and he calls me beautiful instead of sexy.

well, here's to hoping he really does buy me a bike one day.
