DRAMA TIME - so remember when i told you about elijah fucking nunda in the bathroom? well, turns out elijah kind of sort of has a girlfriend but not really..but they've been having sex for 3 months...but they're not actually official. well, anyway, her name's michelle and she's BEST FRIENDS with nunda so like. holy mother right?
anyway, apparently, elijah told michelle that they only made out and there was no sex involved which is A TOTAL LIE because everyone could hear exactly what they were doing in there. everyone. and so michelle called vicki asking for the truth and vicki told her the truth and blah blah blah.
she even told her how attracted elijah was to me and her theory is that he was so horny by the end of the night that he just needed to get it out of his system. fuck, i'm hot. or something.

anyway, me and vicki had an amazing phone conversation last night. and she has finally convinced me that the best thing i need to do in my life, right now, is to break up with him. that i am too much of a free spirit to be with a man who gave up the army just to be with me after only a month of dating. its suffocating and terrible and i need to be free. i need to feel independent again. i'll miss the affection and the attention but really..its not worth my total happiness.

just last night, i had an amazing "music therapy" session with the psych patients. one patient, named Alex, told me it was the first time he was ever happy here. you know how good it feels to know you've done something...good? like...really good.
anyway, life is changing.
