Lil Update

whats up!!!
can't say too much has changed in the last month. working a lot, going to the gym, spending time with Ty and joining him on the rollercoaster that is his work life. Natural history work is so exciting but unbelievably unpredictable and every week there's a new job offer and then rescindment. We went away to LA in January and it was absolutely the most fun we've had in a long time. Actually waking up together and exploring the city- we went to Universal Studios, San Diego, Hollywood Boulevard, Venice Beach, Santa Monica Pier, Beverly Hills, hikes up to the observatory... It's been so long since we've actually had a real holiday together without so much stress and worry. But now we are back to the grind.

He might be away for a full month working with whales in May and i hope i can plan my own trip during that time.. considering mexico and psilocybin/diving/and yoga.

And once my PR for Aus comes through we will likely go back and I'll take another travel contract. Life is exciting and scary and I'm not sure how this will all lead to a house on the island and a family, but we talk about how that is our ultimate goal. It scares the shit out of me...leaving the city, living in a small town..but it makes the most sense. Best to make the most out of this year then.
